Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to define data requirements and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and quality through rigorous cleaning, validation, and documentation processes.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Optimize data pipelines to improve query performance and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, data science, or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; strong experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Programming: Solid understanding of Python or R for advanced data analysis tasks.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Organization: Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a contract environment.
