The Role:
You will serve as the central point of contact for project timelines, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and that deliverables are met efficiently. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Project Schedules: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure all project milestones are tracked accurately using project management software.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and maintain digital and physical project documents, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Internal Communication: Act as the liaison between different departments, relaying important information and coordinating resources as needed.
- Vendor Liaison: Communicate with external vendors and contractors regarding project requirements and deadlines.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly status reports and summary documents for project leadership.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the organization of internal team-building events and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative coordination or project support roles.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff.
- Organization: Superior organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Availability: Must be available to work on-site in Atlanta, GA for the duration of the contract.
