Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across software engineering, DevOps, and data science roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 tech clients
- Leverage Boolean sourcing techniques and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter tools
- Conduct technical interviews and collaborate with hiring managers
- Optimize applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows for 30% faster placements
- Analyze market trends to position candidates competitively
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in Silicon Valley
- Proven track record placing engineers at FAANG or unicorn startups
- Expertise with Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn ATS platforms
- Deep network connections within Bay Area tech communities
- Ability to assess technical skills in full-stack, cloud, and AI domains
- Strong negotiation skills with $500K+ deal experience
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM-SPC or CTS certification preferred
