Responsibilities
- Source and engage technical candidates across 15+ tech stacks (Python, AWS, DevOps, etc.)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: screening, interviews, offers, onboarding
- Build and maintain deep relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation strategies
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche job boards
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction rate through exceptional communication
- Generate weekly pipeline reports and KPI analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in Austin's tech market
- Proven success placing mid-to-senior level engineering roles
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and CRM tools
- Strong understanding of Austin's tech ecosystem and talent landscape
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
