Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across Phoenix's thriving tech ecosystem
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-stakes engineering positions
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers at premier tech companies
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable talent pipeline insights
- Execute data-driven recruitment campaigns with 90+ day fill rates
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through transparent communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience in Phoenix market
- Proven success placing AI/ML, DevOps, and cybersecurity professionals
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics
- Strong network of Phoenix-based tech professionals
- Ability to assess technical skills during candidate screening
- Certification in technical sourcing (e.g., CTS, CSP) preferred
- Track record of meeting/exceeding quarterly hiring targets
