Responsibilities
- Sourcer and screen qualified candidates for technical roles (software engineers, data scientists, DevOps)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from intake to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate criteria
- Utilize ATS (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM systems for candidate tracking
- Conduct technical interviews and assess candidate skills/fit
- Develop recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill positions
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in Austin market
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements/month
- Expert knowledge of IT/tech stacks (Java, Python, AWS, etc.)
- Strong network of Austin tech professionals
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
