Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 startups
- Develop creative sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize processes to improve time-to-fill
- Collaborate with marketing team to build employer brand awareness
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with emphasis on Seattle tech market
- Proven expertise in Boolean sourcing and ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred)
- Deep understanding of technical roles: Java, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, ML/AI
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Track record of closing high-volume, hard-to-fill positions
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
