Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record placing software engineers, data scientists, or IT professionals
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech job boards
- Strong technical understanding of programming languages, cloud platforms, and DevOps tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
