Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive technical candidates across Virginia Beach and surrounding areas
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for specialized IT roles (DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Data Science)
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic sourcing techniques
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews and skills assessments

Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in IT staffing
- Expert knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub)
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate engineering candidates effectively
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management
