Responsibilities
- Source and attract top-tier technical talent using advanced Boolean searches and niche platforms
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from job requisition to candidate onboarding
- Develop deep client relationships to understand evolving staffing requirements
- Conduct technical evaluations and behavioral interviews for software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Optimize recruitment funnels using ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling employer branding campaigns
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to maintain competitive edge
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven placement metrics
- Expert knowledge of Jacksonville's tech ecosystem and talent networks
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment marketing tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions in fast-paced environments
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
