Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Scheduling: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards to identify and engage passive candidates for various open positions.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Placement Support: Assist in the negotiation of offers and the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends in Louisville, KY, to advise clients on compensation and talent availability.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and pipeline metrics in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Tools: Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and social media recruiting tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Louisville, KY.
