Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to meet client staffing requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking, social media, and industry events.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their evolving needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to track candidate progress and pipeline metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends in the Baltimore area.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition (entry-level candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse candidates and clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
