Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and place candidates across multiple sectors including Manufacturing, Logistics, and Administrative roles.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified talent.
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver quality hires.
- Process Management: Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key metrics, including time-to-fill and fill rate, and implement strategies to optimize recruitment efficiency.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with labor market trends and salary benchmarks in the Wichita area.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales is highly preferred (entry-level candidates with strong drive considered).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
