Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place high-caliber candidates for urgent client openings
- Develop and maintain relationships with key hiring managers across DC's top industries
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS system
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on compensation benchmarks
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical/staffing recruitment experience in DC metro area
- Proven track record of placing 15+ candidates/month
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Deep network of candidates across government, IT, and professional services
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to thrive in quota-driven environments
- Strong knowledge of DC labor laws and compliance requirements
