Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in high-demand roles across healthcare, tech, and manufacturing sectors
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through proactive networking and digital sourcing
- Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding with exceptional attention to detail
- Utilize ATS systems and data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and KPIs
- Represent Elite Staffing Solutions at industry events and networking functions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience with proven track record in high-volume placements
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and social recruiting
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- SHRM or CSP certification preferred
