Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and finance
- Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Develop creative recruitment strategies using digital platforms, networking, and referrals
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to candidate onboarding
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency
- Represent our agency at industry events and job fairs to expand our talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience with proven track record
- Strong Tampa Bay professional network preferred
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment deadlines in fast-paced settings
- SHRM or CSP certification a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
