Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and permanent positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier Tampa-area employers
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Conduct in-person and virtual candidate interviews with cultural fit assessment
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes weekly
- Collaborate with sales team to understand client staffing needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience required
- Proven track record placing candidates in Tampa market
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong knowledge of Tampa's business landscape and talent pool
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Valid Florida driver's license for client meetings
