Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and direct hire roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 tech companies
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS platforms to identify passive talent
- Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews and skills assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Analyze market trends and compensation benchmarks for specialized roles
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical staffing or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record placing candidates in software engineering, data science, or DevOps roles
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment with ATS proficiency (Greenhouse preferred)
- Strong understanding of San Jose's tech talent landscape
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions in fast-paced environments
- Relevant certifications (CPSM, CSP) or Bachelor's degree preferred
