Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for technical and professional roles
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidate skills/cultural fit
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes using ATS platforms
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Present compelling candidate profiles to clients with data-driven insights
- Drive recruitment campaigns for high-volume hiring initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven success in technical or professional recruitment (tech/finance preferred)
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche platforms
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with both candidates and clients
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to manage high-volume urgent hiring demands
