Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for high-demand roles across San Diego's key industries
- Proactively source passive candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn RecruiterConduct behavioral interviews and skill assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers and industry stakeholders
- Optimize applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows for maximum efficiency
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation packages
- Drive client satisfaction through exceptional communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements monthly
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment with ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong network within San Diego's professional community
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to perform under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
