Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for temporary, contract, and permanent positions across San Diego
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with ideal roles
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter for talent acquisition
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize strategies for faster placements
- Represent Nexus Talent Solutions at industry networking events
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience in San Diego market
- Proven success in placing candidates in tech, healthcare, or finance roles
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments simultaneously
- Valid California driver's license for local client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
