Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates across diverse industries using advanced recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for urgent client assignments
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with perfect-fit roles
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and manage offer logistics
- Develop deep client relationships through consistent communication and market insights
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche job boards for passive candidate engagement
- Track metrics and optimize recruitment processes using ATS platforms
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience in San Diego market
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs (billings, placements, fill rates)
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and compliance with EEO regulations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn) and sourcing tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Industry-specific knowledge in at least one of: tech, healthcare, or finance
