Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries using advanced recruiting techniques
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and niche platforms
- Analyze market trends to identify emerging talent pools and skill demands
- Exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for placements and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruiting experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across technical, clinical, or financial roles
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday, Bullhorn) and sourcing tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with executive-level experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret talent market data and metrics

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
