Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for urgent client needs in healthcare, IT, and manufacturing sectors
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing on LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and behavioral interviews to assess cultural fit and technical competencies
- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring requirements and deliver tailored staffing solutions
- Manage candidate onboarding and ensure seamless placement experiences
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize strategies to exceed KPIs
- Represent Elite Staffing Solutions at local job fairs and networking events
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in staffing or corporate recruitment
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates using Boolean search and ATS tools
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Deep understanding of San Antonio's job market and industry trends
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments with competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification a plus
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
