Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across IT, healthcare, and professional services
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier clients in the Raleigh-Durham area
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Utilize ATS systems and innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive talent
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidate-job fit
- Collaborate with sales team to meet quarterly placement targets

Qualifications
- 2+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Strong knowledge of Raleigh's professional landscape
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation a plus
