Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates with client companies across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including interviews, negotiations, and onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely placement milestones
- Contribute to team sales goals by identifying new staffing opportunities
- Maintain accurate records in our ATS and provide weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience required
- Proven track record of meeting placement KPIs and sales targets
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse)
- Strong knowledge of Raleigh's job market and industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation a plus
