Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates across diverse industries including IT, healthcare, and finance
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive and active candidates
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and expectations
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from offer to onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidate progress and analytics
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of corporate or agency recruiting experience
- Proven track record of meeting placement metrics and KPIs
- Expert knowledge of Oklahoma City's talent market and key employers
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment cycles with tight deadlines
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license required for local client meetings
