Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries in Oklahoma City
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs

- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding

Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with Oklahoma City market knowledge
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical, administrative, or healthcare roles

- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Ability to prioritize multiple urgent client requests
- Valid Oklahoma staffing license (or willingness to obtain immediately)
