Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: from job postings to interviews and offer negotiations
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social platforms to identify passive talent
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic hiring recommendations to clients
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment regulations
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our CRM system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience in Oklahoma City market
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in sourcing candidates across multiple industries and skill levels
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite) and social recruiting
- Strong knowledge of Oklahoma employment laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
