Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions across tech, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to match candidates with perfect-fit roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: from job requisition to offer acceptance and onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and niche job boards
- Drive client satisfaction through exceptional communication and timely candidate placements
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on competitive compensation packages
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct recruiting/staffing agency experience (tech/hospitality focus a plus)
- Proven track record of 15+ successful placements quarterly
- Expert knowledge of Oakland's talent landscape and emerging industries
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven, high-volume environments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid CA driver's license for client meetings
