Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates across IT, healthcare, and industrial sectors
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using LinkedIn, Indeed, and our proprietary ATS
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand staffing needs and culture fit
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions in the New Orleans market
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve quarterly placement targets and revenue goals
- Utilize data analytics to optimize recruitment KPIs and candidate conversion rates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct staffing or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of 50+ placements per year in competitive markets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment with ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn)
- Strong network of New Orleans-based professionals across multiple industries
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to multitask in high-volume environments
- Deep knowledge of Louisiana labor laws and compliance requirements
