Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client placements
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Build and maintain strong client relationships

- Meet weekly/monthly placement targets

Qualifications
- 2+ years staffing or agency recruiting experience
- Proven track record of meeting KPIs
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Nashville market knowledge preferred
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
