Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across healthcare, tech, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier local employers
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Utilize ATS and CRM tools to track metrics and optimize processes
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends in Nashville
- Collaborate with team to achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years in staffing, recruitment, or agency-based HR
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding KPIs in a fast-paced environment
- Expert knowledge of Nashville's job market and talent landscape
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with executive-level clients
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and reliable transportation
