Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries including healthcare, IT, and finance
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing interviews, client presentations, and offer negotiations
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques
- Build and nurture relationships with key hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Exceed quarterly placement targets while maintaining 95% client satisfaction rates
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) and data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies
- Represent our agency at Nashville networking events and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in agency or corporate settings
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets in competitive markets
- Expertise in candidate sourcing across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance (HIPAA) and tech screening methodologies
