Responsibilities
- Source and screen top-tier candidates across diverse industries (tech, healthcare, finance)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through strategic account management
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, placement, and onboarding
- Leverage cutting-edge ATS tools and data analytics to optimize hiring pipelines
- Represent our agency at industry networking events and job fairs
- Mentor junior recruiters while achieving individual KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop innovative talent attraction strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in corporate or agency recruitment experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment with ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and willingness for occasional client site visits
- Must thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
