Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries using ATS platforms and social recruiting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to ensure candidate-job alignment
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement onboarding
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven hiring recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing agency experience (Mesa market preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs
- Expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of Arizona's labor laws and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
