Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in temporary, contract, and permanent roles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Track key metrics and optimize recruitment processes weekly
- Collaborate with team to meet quarterly placement targets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or agency recruiting experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs
- Strong knowledge of Las Vegas job market and industries
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to manage high-volume roles in fast-paced environments
- Relevant HR/recruiting certification preferred
- Valid Nevada driver's license required for client meetings
