Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries using advanced recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier corporate clients in Jacksonville and surrounding areas
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Leverage ATS platforms to track metrics and optimize recruitment pipelines
- Develop innovative sourcing campaigns for hard-to-fill positions
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends in Jacksonville's competitive landscape
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through exceptional communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expert knowledge of Jacksonville's job market and industry clusters
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to close high-value placements
