Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent staffing needs in Indianapolis
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients across diverse industries
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidate-job fit
- Collaborate with sales team to exceed monthly placement targets
- Utilize ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement goals
- Strong knowledge of Indianapolis job market and key employers
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate assessment
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
