Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Manage client relationships to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic staffing solutions.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate data.
- Conduct salary negotiations and coordinate the hiring process from offer to onboarding.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to expand our talent network.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales (internships considered).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS software.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
