Responsibilities
- Source and vet qualified candidates for high-demand roles across Fort Worth's key industries
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with 50+ local employers including major healthcare systems and tech hubs
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Leverage cutting-edge ATS tools and data analytics to optimize hiring pipelines
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions using market intelligence
- Present weekly recruitment reports to leadership with actionable insights
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through exceptional communication and transparency
Qualifications
- 3+ years in high-volume recruitment/staffing with proven placement metrics
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn)
- Deep knowledge of Fort Worth's job market and key employer landscape
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
