Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for high-demand roles in healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and networking
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and skills assessments
- Manage end-to-end placement processes while ensuring compliance with labor regulations

Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and industry forums
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environments with urgent hiring needs
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency highly preferred
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
