Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and direct-hire roles across diverse industries
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments to ensure perfect client matches
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including offer negotiations, onboarding, and candidate retention
- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand evolving talent needs
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and client satisfaction metrics
- Maintain accurate CRM data and provide weekly performance reports to senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in agency or corporate environments
- Proven success in placing candidates in technical, healthcare, or manufacturing roles
- Expert knowledge of ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn) and sourcing tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a hunter mentality
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple competing priorities
- Strong understanding of Detroit's labor market and local talent networks
