Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent staffing assignments
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Develop deep expertise in multiple industry verticals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across Dallas
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and social media sourcing
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skill assessments
- Meet/exceed quarterly KPIs for placements and revenue
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency/staffing recruitment experience
- Proven track record of high-volume placements
- Expert knowledge of Dallas talent market dynamics
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- PHR/SPHR certification strongly preferred
