Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates for high-demand roles across IT, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier clients to understand their staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Leverage ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments to ensure candidate-culture fit
- Drive weekly KPIs including placements per month and fill rate metrics
- Collaborate with sales team to develop strategic staffing solutions for Fortune 500 clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate or agency staffing/recruitment experience
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements quarterly
- Expert knowledge of Chicago's talent market and industry trends
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate complex offers
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
