Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place candidates for diverse client positions across Chicago
- Build and maintain relationships with top-tier companies in the Chicago metro area
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to candidate onboarding
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Collaborate with sales team to meet quarterly KPIs and client satisfaction goals
- Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of agency or corporate recruiting experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding recruitment targets
- Expert knowledge of Chicago's talent market and industry trends
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
