Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client requirements
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS systems
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements
- Manage candidate onboarding and placement logistics
- Develop strategic recruitment campaigns for hard-to-fill positions
- Track KPIs and optimize recruitment processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical or staffing recruitment experience
- Proven success in high-volume, urgent hiring environments
- Expertise with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- ATS certification preferred (CPC or CSP)
