Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent staffing assignments across Milwaukee
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Utilize ATS systems and job boards to identify passive candidates
- Meet weekly KPIs for placements and candidate pipeline development
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends in Milwaukee
- Collaborate with sales team to expand client partnerships
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of filling urgent/high-volume roles
- Expert knowledge of Milwaukee's job market and key industries
- Strong negotiation and closing skills for candidate offers
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
