Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for open positions across multiple industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in Omaha metro area
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to ensure candidate quality
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
- Leverage CRM systems to track candidate pipelines and placement metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop innovative sourcing strategies
- Meet weekly/monthly KPIs for placements and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in recruitment/staffing industry
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets
- Expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong understanding of Omaha's job market and key industries
