Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with company culture and requirements
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job postings, negotiations, and onboarding support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction
- Leverage CRM systems to track pipeline metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekly/monthly staffing KPIs and revenue targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of staffing or recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment quotas and client satisfaction metrics
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
